Frequently asked questions by customers who visit buyfittingswholesale.com and are interested in purchasing pvc fittings, schedule 40 fittings, schedule 80 fittings, valves, and nipples.
1. You ask your customers to buy in carton quantities...can I order in broken quantities when I really need to?
The fittings you are ordering for a "keep on-hand inventory" should be ordered in carton quantities. When we have one of the Spears warehouses ship your order direct to you from one of their conveniently located warehouses, they will not break cartons. Customers should expect to accept full cartons in this situation.
If the occurances of broke cartons gets out of hand, or becomes abused, we may have to create an ordering rule in our pricing program which "upcharges" for broke cartons. But for now, we won't be making a price distinction.2. When I need something "rushed" to me fast, how is the best way to get in touch with you?
On weekends or after hours, you can call the numbers below and leave a message, or call Gordon on his cell phone. Even though we can talk to you about a rush order during weekends and after hours, we are only able to actually ship out rush orders by UPS on weekdays. Again, we need to have the product on hand and have the order in our computer by 10:30am to catch that day's UPS truck. UPS Freight options available (from the most expensive to the least):
NEXT DAY AIR - AM
You can also enter your rush order as a warehouse pickup
3. Do you ship to customers who live in foreign countries?
Fittings are priced, weighed, & ordered by the "each"
Example: To buy a fitting that comes 50 to a box, you will enter a quantity of "50"- and you will pay price shown x 50.
Time saving tip: Clicking "Add To Cart" on any fitting will send all the fittings you've ordered on that page to the cart.
